[p4-feedback] Source code availability

The source is in an svn repository:

    http://smi-protege.stanford.edu/repos/protege/incubator.

The build scripts exist (ant run will compile and run the application) 
so you should be able to set things up for your development 
environment.  Also the plugin technology is all there but unfortunately 
at the moment there is no documentation.
