[p4-feedback] File extensions in open file dialog

Hi Rinke,

I think a lot of people append the owl - ontology.n3.owl so this has not
been reported before.
I didn't realise the default system-dependent file dialog had been this
restrictive.

I could either:
1) open it up to allow any extension
2) just add n3 and ttl to the list of extensions
