[p4-feedback] Diff view

Hi All,

I am not able to view DIFF VIEW Window.  I opened it from tab
VIEW > MISC VIEW > DIFF .... and it throws exception and diff view window
is fully blank.

Can someone tell me the problem of it. I think some coding needs to be
changed.
