[p4-feedback] UPDATE - OWL file transformation

Hi Timothy,

I found this ClearingProtege4Preferences article earlier and followed the download for JPUI jar file. This is a great tool checking preferences (not only in protégé but in other programs which I have installed on my machine as well ;)), however I was still unable to solve the problem.

I have since upgraded to 4.1 beta and I am encountering no such problems anymore. I find my original problem strange as I did nothing other than direct OWLViz to use Graphviz DOT program. As you mentioned earlier I suspected that there was possibly a bug somewhere within the code.

Thank you for your help with the issue it has put my mind at rest, for now at least

Lewis

I haven't seen this before but my suspicion is that it is a problem
where your java preferences have been corrupted. We have a page about
fixing java preferences here [1]. Otherwise let me know and I will
discuss this with my colleagues.
