[protege-discussion] Number of Instances of one class can not be large??

Congmin,

I have been able to load the OWL file that you sent in 167 seconds in 
Protege 3.2 beta331. I had to increase the heap size to 700MB. This is 
only necessary for the first read, after that you can convert it to 
database project and can reduce the heap size back.
