[protege-discussion] Forward: XML as slot values; slot plugins

Hello,
I just had another thought. Perhaps the information that I need to
enter into Protege could be expressed as unicode string values. Quite
frankly, I have had difficulty discerning how I need to represent my data
before entering it into Protege - hence the confusion. If it is the case to
use unicode string values in slots, what would be the effort involved? I
apologize for my indecision - I am not that familiar with mathematical
typesetting approaches.
Sincerely,
Craig

Subject: XML as slot values; slot plugins
To: protege-discussion at lists.stanford.edu
Hello,
My name is Craig Ugoretz, and except from doing the Protege tutorials
on wines and newspapers "a while back", I have no further knowledge of
Protege. However, I believe at this time that I desire to create an
ontology using Protege employing slot values (in XML) that contain
mathematical typesetting (probably to be expressed as MATHML). I am looking
for feedback concerning the amount of effort necessary to develop a Protege
plug-in, possibly a slot-plugin (I am not sure), that would make Protege
"MATHML enabled". Thanks in advance!
Craig
