[protege-discussion] Please explain ont-policy.rdf to me !

I've been doing a SemanticWeb application, i used
ProtegeOWL.createJeanOWLModel(myOntologPath) to create a JenaOWLModel.
When I ran application, the editor show the error message such as:

DefaultURIResolver] Warning: Could not resolve
file://D:/SemanticWeb/lib/test.owl:
com.hp.hpl.jena.shared.WrappedIOException: rethrew:
java.io.FileNotFoundException:
D:\SemanticWeb\plugins\edu.stanford.smi.protegex.owl\ont- policy.rdf (The
system cannot find the path specified)

I've tried to find the string
D:\SemanticWeb\plugins\edu.stanford.smi.protegex.owl\ont-policy.rdf to
change this string into
D:\SemanticWeb\lib\plugins\edu.stanford.smi.protegex.owl\ont- policy.rdf.
Because the simple truth is ont-policy.rdf file now is in the path:
D:\SemanticWeb\lib\plugins\edu.stanford.smi.protegex.owl\

So, if you had tried to change the path pointing to ont-policy.rdf, please
show me how i can change .
