[protege-discussion] New Project from RDFS

Hi

I'm using Protégé 3.2.1 (build 365).  I am trying to import the UK IPSV from an rdfs file (attached) but am not getting the class structure replicated in the OWL classes.  How do I successfully create a new project based on an rdfs?
