Hello, 
  I read that Protege Frame is based on Open Knowledge Base Connectivity (OKBC). So, can we say that the OKBC is an Ontology Language such as : RDF or OWL?
  And is it these languages (RDF, DAML, OIL and OWL) only reserved to projects concerning Web semantic?
