Hi,
OKBC <http://www.ai.sri.com/~okbc/> can be thought of as an Ontology
Language that employs the common ontology concepts.
These languages that you list: RDF, DAML, OIL and OWL are not only
reserved for projects in Web semantics. They can be used for
representing any domain.
