[protege-discussion] 2 ontologies and one inference engine.

My suggestion is that you create a third ontology and import both Fipa 
Device and QOS ontologies into it. Then run JessTab in the third 
ontology. I think the current implementation of JessTab can use only one 
loaded ontology.
