I have installed Protege 3.3.1
I want to use the Protege Server. When I run the run_protege_server.bar I always get a java exception based on:
ClassNotFountException: edu.stanford.smi.protege.server.server_stub
 
When I go through my plugin directory there is no   edu.stanford.smi.protege.server subdirectory.
 
So I downloaded the server plugin from the plugin list. But the readme.txt within that download tells completely different things than the Multi User Tutorial.
 
can someone help me?
