[protege-discussion] lang set lang attributes for rdfs:labels

I am experiencing a bug that was previously described in
https://mailman.stanford.edu/pipermail/protege-owl/2006-September/000196.html

To re-state it: When the lang attribute is set, for example to "en".
The rdfs:label will not work properly as the Display Slot chosen for
the owl:Class Form.

I am experiencing this when using the owl version of ChEBI from
http://www.berkeleybop.org/ontologies/obo-all/chebi/chebi.owl (63Mb)

Additionally, I have isolate one class in an example
http://students.washington.edu/mgaldzic/owl/chebiFAKE1.owl and
http://students.washington.edu/mgaldzic/owl/chebiFAKE1.pprj should
help load the display options to set rdfs:label as the preferred
display slot. Notice that the rdfs:label choice performs correctly
when the lang attribute is set to null using the UI drop down.
