[protege-discussion] DOT process error,

I send multiple emails in this topic, but until now I could not solve my problem with DOT Process error, I do every required setting, and also I check the "protégé. properties" file I think every thing is ok, here is the reports of the protege.exe please study this report, and I hope that you can find any thing to guide me. Here is the report:

I use Protege_3.3.1 and Graphviz2.20.
