[protege-discussion] INFO: Exception caught -- java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

[O'Neill, Dennis]

I am trying to load a particularly large taxonomy - independently generated outside of Protégé itself, but stored in Protégé .pins format. After loading about 66,000 instances, it reports a Java Out of Memory Error and hangs. Is there any recourse at this point?
