[protege-discussion] help: wordnet tab

I think WordNet is not installed in your system. If not, then first install
WordNet. Then, you have to copy the WordNetDLL.dll (file location is right
as you mentioned) file to your protege installation directory. Then you can
activate the WordNet Tab.
