[protege-discussion] Frame API synchronization

Len,

Are you using the Protege UI and implemented a plugin that create 
individuals by calling the API? If so, then you don't need to call 
wait(), the Protege UI is listening for changes in the knowledge base 
and will refresh accordingly.
