Hi Gudo,

As Johnathan replied, you can create a Tab widget. There are also 
different types of plugins that you can create. Take a look at the 
developers documentation page:

We also had some tutorials at the Protege conferences about building 
applications with protege, including UI interfaces that use the Protege
