[protege-discussion] unique IDs?

I haven't looked at the XML output, but each Protege frame has a numeric
FrameID
(see
http://protege.stanford.edu/doc/pdk/api/edu/stanford/smi/protege/model/Frame
ID.html )
Every instance is a frame, and a class is an instance of a meta-class, so it
also has a FrameID.
Maybe this helps,
Simon

Subject: [protege-discussion] unique IDs?
How can I uniquely identify a class in the Protege XML output? Can I
computationally (automatically) assign unique IDs to every class, so if I
rename a class the (receiving) database knows what that class used to be
called?
Thanks, Nick
