[protege-discussion] opening ontology2

Protege 3.4 cannot open OBO ontologies directly, but there is a plugin 
called OboConverter [1, 2] that provides lossless transformations 
between OBO and OWL format.
Protege 4 can open OBO ontologies directly but I was told that there are 
some issues with how certain OBO expressions are interpreted by Protege 4.
