You should be able to find it in the root directory of your Protege
installation:

e.g. C:\Program Files\Protege_3.4\protege.jar

Hope this helps

Hi!

We are developing a plugin for protege following the how to write a
tab widget plug-in guide.
We cannot find the necessary file protege.jar.
Other needed files were in the protege-core/trun lib
(http://smi-protege.stanford.edu/repos/protege/protege-core/trunk/lib/), but
not this one.
Does anyone know where we can find protege.jar?

Thank you
