[protege-discussion] Querying using SPARQL

Dear All,
I have an Individual(x) related with a data type property(p) whose range is
of type xsd:string an value is(v)
When i tried to execute the following SPARQL to retrieve the value v with
the help of x & p, I could not execute it can some one tell me how to fix
the query to acieve the solution
SELECT ?v
WHERE{?x ?p ?v}
