Martin has answered this post on the protege-owl mailing list [1].
Please note that it is not necessary or recommended to cross-post
messages to multiple Protege mailing lists.
Thank you,
Jennifer

Hi All,
I am using Protege & DataMaster and would like to
know how I can link my ontology to the data in the database. I have
managed to import the relational database into Protege-OWL using
DataMaster but do not know how to link the ontology to the data.
Thanks in advance for your help.
GR.
