How do i do away with the URI represented in the abbove in pink?
Also in case of a datatype properties how can we make sure the datatype appears, and the value for instance (Location: String: Paris or Age:Integer: 24)??

You can access your ontology with some owl api like the Manchester owl api or an rdf library such as jena or sesame.  You can also use the Protege 3 code generation tools to automatically generate code for accessing your ontology.
