[protege-discussion] WebProtege not connecting to external server

Hello Shahim,
You've uncovered a bug in the protege.properties file. This will be
fixed in the next WebProtege build. In the mean time, you can change
the following line from:
server.hostname=thehostname\:35100
to:
protege.server.hostname=thehostname\:35100
... and it should work. At least it did here when we tested it. :)
