[protege-discussion] annotations on WebProtégé

Knowtator questions should be posted to the Knowtator discussion forum 
[1]. The developer (based at University of Colorado) is quite responsive 
to inquiries.

WebProtege and Collaborative Protege don't support Knowtator.
