[protege-discussion] How to put protege output file(owl) in java swing??

You can access your ontology with some owl api like the Manchester owl  
api or an rdf library such as jena or sesame.  You can also use the  
Protege 3 code generation tools to automatically generate code for  
accessing your ontology.
