[protege-discussion] OWLViz one-way tool only?

In viewing OWLViz it appears that it is a one-way tool; it merely displays a structure developed within Protege. Is it possible to create an ontology graphically with OWLViz or other plug-in?  In other words, can a user draw the ontology (in a manner similar to drawing a chart in Visio) and have that visual design automatically converted to an ontology? If not OWLViz, does another such tool exist?
