This is really an OWL-Viz question, not a modeling question.  I would 
think you can get this in OWL viz but I would actually recommend 
ontograf (which comes with the latest Protege 4.1 beta) instead.  I have 
attached a diagram from ontograph.  Here the arrow from Consumer to 
Consumable represents the fact that the Consumer class is defined in 
terms of Consumable using the consumes property.  The individual timothy 
is found as an element of both the Consumer and Referer classes.  In 
addition it shows that timothy consumes a particular pizza and an 
ontology example (this is as close as I like to get to meta-modeling 
:)).  All of this diagram came from the original Relations ontology that 
I sent in my last message.
