Thanks Thomas Russ,

The problem was that I placed the plugin into Protege3.2.1 installation directory, but I ran Protege3.4.4

When you say you can't find it available, do you mean that when you go to the Preferences, it isn't in the list of tabs that you can choose from?

What is in the Protege log?  It should be in the logs folder of your Protege installation directory.
