[protege-discussion] 3.4.7 WebStart Client failing

I made a GForge for this (http://goo.gl/TL1pd).  You are probably aware 
of this but one comment is that you can connect to the Protege server in 
a Web Protege installation with Protege directly and not using the web 
app.  This may or may not be a workaround until we fix this issue.
