Hi
U can get some papers on fuzzzy ontology in google.
u can think of a domain in medicine or process design for example the standardization in manufacturing process.
Am also looking at some application in same domain

Doing fuzzy stuff right is hard. I don't know of a good fit in the OWL world. The closest thing that I can come up with is the probabilistic Pronto language that the clark-parsia people are doing.
