[protege-discussion] Questionnaire ontology mapped to domain ontology

Hi,

I'm currently working on a project to create a decision support system to
help carry out risk assessments in laser applications.

I hope to create a questionnaire ontology to gather the necessary
information on the application and map it to a domain ontology that will
return the relevant hazards, their effects and control measures.

Does anyone have any good examples and papers that demonstrate a similar
sort of project?
