[protege-discussion] opening and ontology.

Hello,
could any1 oblige me by letting me know how to open already made ontology
in protege 3.1..
I'm trying to open the amino acid ontology available at the link
http://protegewiki.stanford.edu/wiki/Protege_Ontology_Library#Frame-based_ontologies
but unable to do so.
please guide.
