[protege-discussion] Protege Server RMI Exceptions

Could you send the entire logs (they should be in the logs directory of 
the Protege installation)?

One possibility though is that you need to shutdown and restart the 
rmiregistry.  Sometimes the registry gets confused and it just needs to 
be restarted.
