Unfortunately there is currently no good forms entry system in Protege 
4.1.  This is a difficult problem actually but we do have plans to work 
on this and improve the handling of individuals in Protege 4.1.  
Unfortunately we have not yet started and we don't yet have a timeline 
for this.
