[protege-discussion] Using mutliple ontologies for importing rules

Hi,

I have a set 3 ontologies. One CoreOntology with no SWRL rules and Two
DuplicateOntologies of CoreOntology with 2 sets of distinct SWRL rules. I
want to load them in a sequence

First load CoreOntology, then populates the CoreOntology with individuals
and their corresponding datatype properties.

Secondly, load duplicate ontology with its first set of SWRL rules, copy
the rules into the CoreOntology and infer.

Thirdly, load second DuplicateOntology, copy its SWRL rule set into
CoreOntology and infer.

*Question:*

My questions are:

1- During the first stage when i populate the the CoreOntology do i need
the populate the DuplicateOntologies as well or when copyImp method is
applied by SWRLFactory it only imports the rules and discarts the
corresponding ontology.

2- After the population of the CoreOntology do i need to save it first and
then pass it to SWRLRuleEngineBridge.

3-After each infer method do i need to save the CoreOntology to set the
stage for second sequence of rule to take the previously inferred axioms
and infer new axioms.

Thanks in advance
