[protege-discussion] Jena and Sparqle reg

Hello all
I have integrated 3 owl files to a single owl file. I am using protege 3.4.8. My queries are how can i write queries to combine the 3 classes , instance..and get result. I have tried with many tutorials. I couldn't find relevant one. Another query is how to use Jena with my protege OWL file.
Pls give the idea or URL's which are easy to follow me

Hi,

I am currently using protege 3.4.8 (Frames ) to build ontology.
Does this version (with frames as project type) support triple store to be
used as the backend ?
(I need triplestore to make use of inference).
Your help will be much appreciated :) .
