[protege-discussion] how to convert relational databases to ontology

Hi Sugan,

You can use DataMaster to import from any database to which you can
connect through a JDBC or ODBC driver.

Please note that the JDBC driver needs to be on Protege's class path in
order the connection to be successful. If you put the driver in your
Protege installation directory, or in the DataMaster plugin directory,
as described in [1] and [2] and restart Protege, DataMaster should be
able to find your driver.
