[protege-discussion] real time data merging

Dear sir
my research is integrating weather systems . I have created ontologies for each system. data to my ontology is real time data( streaming ) which is provided by the weather system. for example world weather online provides data thro API .  Most of the systems provide data thro payment only.How can I  use this data in ontology for real time application?.  Your timely suggestion will  be valuable to me
