[protege-discussion] Help- Protege 4.x missing 'Project' menu and DataMaster plug-in

DataMaster does not work with Protege 4.  I suggest you take a look at the ontop plugin ( which allows you to specify mappings from your ontology vocabulary to data stored in databases and then use SPARQL to query the data.
