[protege-owl] Running JessTab in Protegé 3.2

To use JessTab, put jesstab.jar and jess.jar in the same directory under 
plugins/.

To use Jess with SWRL, you have to put jess.jar in the 
edu.stanford.smi.protegex.owl subdirectory of plugins. See
