[protege-owl] MySql JDBC Driver and Database problem

I used Protege 3.2 beta. And it works with small owl files.
I loaded the owl file in Protege and converted project to owl database.
But there is a problem to load large owl files into Protege so it would
be fine directly convert the owl file into owl database without loading
it into Protege.
