[protege-owl] protege with Jess ans SWRL Rules Tab

SWRLTab is very well documented on the wiki. You can follow directly the 
links sent by Jennifer.

You will have to copy the jess.jar also in the owl plugins directory.  
JessTab and the SWRLTab are independent plugins, it just happens that 
both of them use Jess as the rule engine.
