[protege-owl] SWRL evaluation without DIG 1.0?

As mentioned in a previous email, the SWRLTab does not use DIG at all. 
The restriction that you list here would simply be ignored by the 
SWRLTab when SWRL rules are OWL knowledge are transferred to Jess.
