[protege-owl] protege-OWL java code

Hi Taylor,

I am not a core Protege developer, but as far as I know the development 
of the Protege-OWL java code generator is going forward. I am working on 
some improvements, especially related to the multiple inheritance, which 
will be hopefully integrated in the next release.
