[protege-owl] How to determine the execution sequence of swrl rules?

This is not unique to SWRL. It is true of any rules language
processed by a rules engine that supports RETE processing as Jess
does. The firing of one rule can satisfy the precondition of a
different rule that could not previously fire. See: http://
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rete_algorithm

Hope this helps,
