[protege-owl] Clarifications on this article: "OWL rules: A proposalk and prototype implementation

Actually Protege 4 supports the OWL/XML encoding and Protege 4 also  
has some SWRL support.  But - with the owl api in the latest version  
of Protege - the writing of SWRL rules in the OWL/XML format is not  
supported.
