Anna,
I can't find an official enumeration of differences, but the OWL2.0 primer
[1] is very useful.

There are a number of differences between OWL1.0 and OWL2.

OWL 2 adds
- Qualified cardinality
- Stronger datatype/range support
- Additional property characteristics (reflexivity etc)
- Role chains
- A better defined model for punning within DL
- More powerful annotations
etc etc
