[protege-owl] how to run SWRL rules in Protege 3.4 build 506

There is no separate SWRL documentation for 3.3.1 and 3.4 because 3.4  
is basically an evolution of 3.3.1. In any case, the latest 3.4 build  
should be used if you intend to use SWRL extensively.
